Return Policy

Chronic pain is different for everyone. That's why you can adjust the device intensity and more as outlined in the SOLIS Quick Start Guide and User Manual for optimal results. We're sure you will love your SOLIS Model 1000 or SOLIS Model 1100 — so sure that we guarantee you may return SOLIS for a full refund within 60 days of purchase — our money-back guarantee. You are responsible for return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee on non-warranty returns.

The procedure for returning SOLIS depends on where you made your purchase:

  • If you purchased directly from Mid-America Medical Innovations LLC (“Mid-America”) website or by phone: please call 573-708-7541 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions before returning SOLIS. Please have your receipt of purchase or order number, and the serial number on the back of the SOLIS device available when you call. Returns must have an RMA number and be in original packaging including all original items.
  • If you purchased from a healthcare professional: please return your device directly to that healthcare professional.
  • If you purchased from an unauthorized reseller: SOLIS is not covered by the money-back guarantee. You may contact the reseller to see if they will accept a return under their own return policy.

Limited One-Year Warranty

SOLIS carries a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This product guarantee covers both parts and labor for any problems that arise from defects or faults in manufacturing. The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from failure to follow the operating instructions, accidents, abuse, alteration, or disassembly by unauthorized personnel.

Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable. SOLIS devices purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered by the warranty.

If SOLIS stops working as intended during the one-year warranty period, contact customer care at 573-708-7541 and one of our customer care team members will assist you and give you instructions on how to get your SOLIS repaired or replaced, free of charge.
