This Privacy Policy tells you how we collect, use, and share information that you share with us via our website, call center, or email.

Mid-America respects your privacy and works hard to protect your information. Please be sure to read this entire policy before submitting information to Mid-America. By using SOLIS, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and whenever you submit information to Mid-America, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of that information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Note that your payment card information (such as number, expiration date, security code) is provided directly to our third-party payment processor, Authorize.net. We do not view or store your credit card information. You can read more about Authorize.net’s privacy statement and security practices on the website.

When you visit our website, we collect and store some visitor information from you. This information may include the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet, the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using, the date and time you visit our website, and the Internet address of the website you visited before linking to our website. None of this information identifies you.

Whenever you contact Mid-America's customer service team, via email or phone, for help or other purposes, we collect your name, email address, and phone number, and keep a record of that contact so we can efficiently address your requests and improve our customer service.

We will only share such testimonial information with your specific, written permission. Customer testimonials will be used for education, marketing, and to help other individuals that suffer from pain or a similar condition as you.

Does Mid-America share my information? Mid-America will not sell, rent, or share your information except as described in this policy, as required by law, such as to comply with subpoenas or other legal process, or as required by an authorized government agency.

We may use your email address to contact you to provide information about new or updated product details or other specifics that may be important to SOLIS users.

Mid-America may transmit your personal information to select business partners for the purpose of providing you information or services which you requested. In such cases, we require our business partners to adhere to privacy statements comparable to Mid-America’s privacy policies and in all cases, consistent with applicable law.

Mid-America may track your activity across multiple websites. When you visit the websites, we automatically collect the name of the website you visited from and name of the website you chose to visit immediately after ours, and information about other websites you have recently visited. This information is used to improve our websites. SOLIS does not honor the “do not track” settings available on most browsers. When SOLIS’s website detects the “do not track” signal from your browser, it will still collect referring and exit page information and other information when you visit our website.

When you are on our website, it will send a small text file, or “cookie,” to your computer. This allows us to recognize your computer the next time you visit. Also, if you create a shopping cart, and leave without checking out, a cookie will allow us to remember what you were shopping for and keep it in the cart for you. If you do not wish to accept cookies, refer to the “help” file of your Internet browser to learn how to block all cookies or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. You can learn more about cookies by visiting cookiecentral.com.

Mid-America works with an analytics partner to improve the quality of the website and to give you access to more relevant advertising. Our analytics partner may install “persistent cookies” on your computer or mobile device to perform these services when you first visit our website. A persistent cookie remains in your browser after you leave the SOLIS website. This allows our analytics partner to track your activity on the SOLIS website, and on other sites you visit. When you visit our website, we collect and store some “visitor information” from you. This information may include the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet, the Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using, the date and time you visit our website, and the Internet address of the website from which you linked to our website. We use this information to measure the traffic on our website and to make our website more useful to you. We delete this information after some time.

SOLIS’ website may include links to other websites. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of any affiliation with that third party. Mid-America does not exercise control over third-party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files in your computer, collect data, or solicit personal information from you. Other sites may follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of information that you submit to them. We encourage you to read the privacy statements and terms of use of such other websites. Please be aware that our Privacy Policy does not apply to these third-party websites.

Customers can request that their SOLIS account be deleted by contacting customer care at customercare@solispainrelief.com. Mid-America is unable to delete any de-identified data created from your SOLIS Account because Mid-America will be unable to determine which de-identified data was created from your information. Accordingly, Mid-America may continue to use de-identified data after you delete your account.

How does Mid-America protect my information? Mid-America takes reasonable precautions to protect its information systems from damage or tampering. These include, but are not limited to, physical, administrative, and technical safeguards. Despite our best efforts, Mid-America cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cyber-criminals, or others will not be able to access, steal, or modify the information you share with us.

You should be aware that the United States and other countries have not harmonized their privacy statements. Because Mid-America and its servers are located in the United States, and because SOLIS is directed towards the US market, our Privacy Policy has been prepared to comply with applicable US law. By accessing and/or using the website and providing personal information to us, you agree to the level of privacy protection set forth in this Privacy Policy.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents who have provided us with personal information, as that term is defined in Section 1798.83, to request information about the disclosure of that information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If you are a California resident, you may make such requests in writing to Mid-America at customercare@solispainrelief.com or at 1515 E. High Street Suite 103, Jefferson City, MO 65101.

SOLIS purchases are not permitted for people under the age of 18. If you are the parent of a child under 18 years of age and believe he or she has purchased SOLIS, please contact Mid-America so your child’s information can be removed from our active systems.

If this Privacy Policy changes, the revised policy will be posted on this site. Please check back periodically, and especially before you provide any personal information.

If you have questions or comments about this privacy statement or SOLIS’ pain management options, please email customercare@solispainrelief.com.
